Property Managers
- Must have 3-5 years experience.
- Must be a licensed real estate salesperson and/or broker.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must perform well in a fast paced environment.
- Must be willing to go “above and beyond” on a regular basis.
Maintenance Technicians
- Must have a high school diploma, with certifications a big plus.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel.
- Must take pride in work.
- Must be able to pass a variety of background checks.
