Advantage Building & Facility Services is always looking for enthusiastic team members for the following positions:

Fulfillment Associate

– 1st shift duties

– Pick up mail from Post Office; sort and deliver

– Cover lobby front desk on occasion

– Order supplies for kitchen, mail room and various departments

– Stock kitchens and pantries

– Setup and breakdown conference rooms for meetings

– Coordinate repairs to equipment and building

– Operating fold and stamp machine

– Keep all areas organized

– Other duties as assigned

Candidate must have valid Driver’s License.

Maintenance Technicians

Candidate should be well-versed in all building maintenance trades (plumbing, electric, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.) Candidate will have regional responsibilities for maintenance duties and project work on commercial office building and retail sites. Health, 401k and additional benefits offered. Company vehicle may be provided. Must be available to respond to emergencies during on call rotation. Occasional second or third shift duties.

Trade specific certifications are a plus, as are any advanced degrees. Ability to multi-task a requirement. Must be able to work independently and follow directions. Applicant should have the ability to effectively communicate utilizing current computer technologies. Valid drivers license
