for Advantage. Chris has been involved in many facets
at Advantage which lends to his understanding of the
client’s expectations and needs. He also participates in

ensure a smooth transition.

Chris is a member of the Chester County & West
Chester Chambers of Commerce. Chris also is currently
studying to get his Real Estate License in the State of
Pennsylvania.

Jason Sandoe

Jason is Building Services Manager of Advantage Building & Facility Services, LLC. He is a seasoned lead maintenance mechanic with a wide variety of expertise. Jason provides innovative on-site problem resolution and oversees the maintenance staff for our client properties.

Prior to joining Advantage, he spent 11 years as a maintenance mechanic for a large apartment/condominium complex in West Chester, PA.

Kelly Berwanger

Kelly handles several of Advantage’s real estate contracts, directing all aspects of both physical and tenant-relations issues. With strong communications skills, keen organizational skills, and a flair for numbers, Kelly is well able to handle this demanding position.

In the past, Kelly has managed over two million square feet of multi-tenant commercial properties throughout Chester County and assisted in the development of several multi-building properties from conceptual planning, township approval and construction to final turnover and tenant occupancy.

Michael Glover

Mike is Support Services Manager for Advantage Building & Facility Services. He is responsible for overseeing all billing activities and renovation/construction activities related to building ownership. In addition, he facilitates the maintenance work flow in order for Advantage to provide expedient services.

Mike has more than 10 years of experience working with building services, both in analyzing budgets as well as overseeing construction and relocation of operations.

Melissa Massimi

Melissa Massimi is Senior Property Manager of Advantage Building & Facility Services. She is responsible for supervising a range of property types. She oversees maintenance, inspection, zoning regulations, tenant liaison and all of the day-to-day operations involved with maintaining a building in peak performance.

Melissa’s background includes more than 15 years of experience in Property Management, managing over 5 million square feet of diverse building types throughout her career and holding increasingly responsible positions within the industry.

Trish is President and Owner of Advantage Building & Facility Services. She is responsible for establishing the company’s strategic direction and implementing its business model. Trish’s cross-functional background in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Finance gives her the knowledge and expertise to expand services in a way that secures the greatest value for customers.

As a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Philadelphia and the Co-Chair of their Emerging Leaders Committee, as well as the TOBY Chair for the Mid-Atlantic Region, Trish is very proud to be associated with everyone involved in this organization, both locally and regionally.

Trish is also a member of Corenet Philadelphia, CREW, West Chester & Chester County Chambers of Commerce, CII Council (President, 2013-2015), Chester County Economic Development Council, WBENC and MCEDC.
