Jason is Building Services Manager of Advantage Building & Facility Services, LLC. He is a seasoned lead maintenance mechanic with a wide variety of expertise. Jason provides innovative on-site problem resolution and oversees the maintenance staff for our client properties.
Prior to joining Advantage, he spent 11 years as a maintenance mechanic for a large apartment/condominium complex in West Chester, PA.
Kelly handles several of Advantage’s real estate contracts, directing all aspects of both physical and tenant-relations issues. With strong communications skills, keen organizational skills, and a flair for numbers, Kelly is well able to handle this demanding position.
In the past, Kelly has managed over two million square feet of multi-tenant commercial properties throughout Chester County and assisted in the development of several multi-building properties from conceptual planning, township approval and construction to final turnover and tenant occupancy.
Mike is Support Services Manager for Advantage Building & Facility Services. He is responsible for overseeing all billing activities and renovation/construction activities related to building ownership. In addition, he facilitates the maintenance work flow in order for Advantage to provide expedient services.
Mike has more than 10 years of experience working with building services, both in analyzing budgets as well as overseeing construction and relocation of operations.
Donna is Vice President of Advantage Building & Facility Services. She leads the company’s business development and marketing efforts, and develops strategic opportunities for Advantage. Donna brings 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing, which is the basis of her relationship oriented approach to developing and managing customers.
Most recently she focused on selling executive search services to C-level executives at Fortune 500s such as Citigroup, Charles Schwab, LexisNexis, AT&T, Amazon, and Cephalon.
Trish is President and Owner of Advantage Building & Facility Services. She is responsible for establishing the company’s strategic direction and implementing its business model. Trish’s cross-functional background in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Finance gives her the knowledge and expertise to expand services in a way that secures the greatest value for customers.
Trish is a member of the Board of Directors of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Philadelphia; and a member of Corenet Philadelphia. She is also a Director of the Chester County Industrial Investment Council. Trish is a registered Real Estate Broker of Pennsylvania and is a member of TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Further, she has earned both the prestigious RPA – Real Property Administrator and FMA- Facilities Management Administrator designations.
